on 65 acres in historic Mission Canyon, the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden features over 1,000 species of rare and indigenous California plants, illustrating beautiful representative habitats or landscape applications. Five and a half miles of scenic trails take you through meadows and canyons, across historic Mission Dam, and along ridgetops that offer sweeping views of the California Islands.
